Lost progress on windows 10

Hello. Since a few days the game stopped in the middle and since yesterday morning, I lost all my progress (I was at the 1063 level). I play on Windows 10. How can I get my progress on windowd 10 and not start again from the beginning of the game? I save the game with Facebook. Thank you very much for your help (ps: I'm French, sorry for the translation ...)

Hi Greg, Your progress would have been saved since you are logging in with Facebook. Please follow this FAQ
here for the steps to follow if you have lost your progress.
The Blog includes lots of steps on how to fix this problem yourself :-)
If you are not able to restore your own levels, please see the contact form at the end of the Blog, be sure to select "Lost Progress" as the reason of contact.
