'Magic in progress' stuck loading, have to close 'x out' of game to reload-only to do it again.

Win. 10 Tablet. After game play of level 'not won' to try again a window pops up 'magic in progress' stuck loading' 2 hrs once, only way to escape is to x out ,close down game. Restart allows play but after level, to try again, it happens all over again. Magic in progress is new (to me) as of about 4 days ago or so. What is 'Magic in progress' ?  Any one else ?

I am not sure I understand the issue properly. Do you mean that the message "Magic in progress" keeps coming up while you're playing? Or is it when you click somewhere specific? 

Please clear cache and cookies on your device and restart the game. That usually helps. 

If not, could you please describe the issue a bit more?It would be very helpful to get a screenshot so we can see what the problem is exactly.
