Crown Bubble Witch Saga 3
Hallo, vielleicht habe ich ja hier etwas mehr Glück. Vom Spiele Betreiber bekomme ich leider keine Hilfe, geschweige mal eine Antwort. Ich spiele schon eine ganze Weile Bubble Witch Saga 3, ebenso meine Freundin. Sie konnte vom ersten Level an diese Kronen sammeln / zurück holen (Bronze, Silber und Gold). Wenn man das Level beim ersten mal schafft, wird das Level Gold. Sie ist Level 29? (fast 300), ich bin etwas weiter. Nur bei mir fehlt diese Funktion Leider. Warum ist das so? Kann mir da einer Helfen, bitte. Vielen dank

Hello,maybe I have some luck here. Unfortunately, I can not get help from the game operator. I've been playing Bubble Witch Saga 3 for quite a while, as has my girlfriend. She was able to collect / retrieve these crowns from the first level (bronze, silver and gold). If you manage the level the first time, the level becomes gold. She is level 29? (almost 300), I'm a little further. Only with me this function is missing. Why is that? Can someone help me, please. Thank you very much

Hey again and thanks for writing in English
The reason is that we are constantly adapting our games by introducing and testing new features, gameplay or concepts.
Before releasing these kind of new features, we always choose a randomly-selected group of players to trail the feature and see how they react to it. We then look closely at how the change has been viewed and decide whether the feature is going to be permanently implemented or not.
Therefore, the crowns are not yet available to all players. Now, I totally understand that this may be frustrating, but rest assured I've let the Studio know that you're eager to get them - Hopefully everyone will have access to these soon!
In the meantime, you can try to re-install the game. That would "reset" your game and you might get access to them. However, you would lose your saved boosters.
