I am playing Bubble Witch Saga 3 an in-game event called Trixie's and it keeps saying claim my prize I go and it won't let me claim. I tried talking to tech support and they just sent me here to ask a question. Frustrated they need to just fix it

We're very sorry, there are issues with the event and we are working on it. It's always best to keep updating the app/game with the latest version and clear cache and cookies regularly to avoid that kind of issue.
In the meantime, I've added some bubblific treats to your game. You'll see them once you open the game from your mobile. I hope that helps
