Hello @Jessica_Jones - do you mean you cannot open the game? If so, clear cache and cookies from your phone and make sure you have the latest update on your device.
Then you can follow the steps here, depending on the platform you're using.
The game is not working
. Game freezing/crashing

. Technical issues with Android
If that does not fix the issue, we will need more info to be able to help you out. What device/platform are you playing on? What's happening exactly? Have you followed the steps?
