how do i retrieve my mothers lost level, she's a way on finishing the game but suddenly her phone acted up and when she's going to play the game all of her levels are gone. btw her bubble witch wasn't signed in on fb or gmail. please help me ((

Hello @watermelon, and welcome to the community! Unfortunately, progress saved into the memory of the device (not synced via Facebook or King) is something that is not so easily recovered if lost.
