Three days i waiting, and still no response from my question. I hope somebody tell me how to reset this game with facebook account? I mean i want to reset my account facebook games. Precisely my bubble witch 3 saga progress which connected with facebook account. Anyway, i have bad english.

Oh please. What if i told you that i've read that site. I've read it over and over again until I'm bored. It says the last option to delete data is to contact King Care. and after I sent an email five or six times, the answer was only bots that even the answer didn't make sense with my question. Is this really helpful? I want to go back or delete the data because I lost a lot of spell bubbles even though I got them by prize or by not paying.

Hi @Shandy_Verdyo did you follow the instructions given very carefully? You have to select the exact responses it says to or you end up in general help not the level progress department. Did you try to reply back to one of the stupid bot emails? I usually find when I get them, replying gets you to a real person. Let me know how you get on and if no response again, let us have the ticket id and I will see if one of the community managers can look into it for you

Just heard back from one of the CM @Shandy_Verdyo, they can reset progress back to level one, but it won't reset Stella's house or the cats. She advised if you're wanting to do that, the best way would be either with a different Facebook account, email or a new Kingdom account
