Not receiving lives

Hi! I too have not been receiving lives for a long time. I’ve tried every possible way they have suggested to “fix” the problem myself. But no go. I love the game but waiting 30 minutes for my lives to reset is getting tiresome. What’s more tiresome is hearing they are aware of the problem and are working on it. Seems to be the standard answer when the suggestions don’t work.
