Cannot send or ask for lives (Facebook)

For several weeks now the send/request lives functions are not working for me - BBW3 on facebook (iOS -chrome and firefox).
I can select the feature but then it just hangs until I cancel.
This happens also for Candy Crush, again on facebook.
The mobile apps on the other hand work.
Browser is updated, cache/cookies cleared.

Hi @Meli-3, so to be clear, its the browser versions that are not working properly, but the apps are fine?
Have you got an adblocker on?

Why is it so complicated to fix the issue with being able to receive lives from friends? It has the owl. But, When you click it, there are only 2 options. 1-send lives to bubble friends 2-send lives to friends .... 
I suggest if that can’t be fixed, allow every player a few more than 5 lives & shorten the time you have to wait to accumulate more lives... please fix ASAP!!!

Hi @ZoeysMommy welcome to the community. 
The issue with friends requests not coming through is a little more complicated as its caused by facebook tokens not accepting the game. Hence it has to be Facebook that fixes it, but the studios are working with them.
