Missing star bubbles life's and boosters

I updated my apps and all my life's, star bubbles and boosters have gone, how do i get them back?

Hi @Norma_Mathieson and welcome to the community. 
I am so sorry everything has gone, are your levels correct as it should be?
Unfortunately on the app, lives and boosters etc are saved on the device itself rather than within the game. King recommend due to that and the fact that the games run with as much memory as possible that you don't save too much of these, because if you have to reinstall the game, or update as you have found, they can get lost. More often than not on an update they are safe, but sometimes if its a larger file it might be that the phone wipes the data first before reinstalling and this is where they go.
If any of the boosters were purchased with money they can be replaced, just let us know. Otherwise unfortunately they cannot be.

I understand that feeling completely. Hopefully you will soon be able to build them up again, just don't save too many
