Character design contest link isn't working

Hi, I've won the "design a character" contest. Nice... I had my heart set on it, BUT the link I recieved to make the design causes problems. On my tablet it doesn't load, one browser says: "Unsafe connection", the other "can't load" on my laptop it says "turn your device"

Help! How can I get it to work?

Hi @DorothyH! You have a pending support ticket from the Player Relations Team - it's regarding the Moon Chase and it's just been updated.

I also had my reasons why I had my heart set on it. I don't have kids, grandkids or brothers/sisters. I try to leave something behind occasionally… this was one of those things.

Oh well... let's just say they won't see another cent of me, never again.

At the top said created by Moon Chase winners which I very much doubt. They can't tell me their developers didn't know we couldn't create a character. It's their game they had to of played it. I think it was a bogus event and very deceptive.

I have asker for a refund of all money spent on the tournament told them exactly what I thought. I played and payed for something they promised and did not deliver. Don't tell me the developers didn't know that they couldn't deliver the prize people paid for. I fell it was deceptive. I liked playing it to but I haven't played since and it's hard not to open the app. To offer me 150 gold for inconvenience was a slap in my face when 50 piggy bank is $2.99 that's a total of $8.97 compared to the $151.51 I paid out. I told them take there gold back and refund me what I bought during tournament.
Evertthing was fine with my game til I started purchasing gold. Right after my first couple purchases I had bout 50 gold spent 9 next day I come back to my game I had 4 gold 37 gold gone I had to argue with them to get it back. They tried to tell me I used 37 gold in 34 seconds. WTH? First off I hadn't used any gold but the and 9 nothing they had could add up to that to. 2 ND it's impossible to play the game and buy go back and play and buy in 34 seconds. The did credit me. I'm just done with the game. Then to say Sorry thanks for understanding well try to do better really? No I don't understand. The a bird pops up saying made by moon Chase winners? What? I didn't make that bird I was a winner and had they offered I wouldn't have simply because that is NOT WHAT I played and paid for to build. The developers are out of Malta according game info

Yes I am totally pissed as well.they shouldn't have treated people this way.what we lose out on our prize because their link doesn't work.thats not our fault one bit.its wrong and they need to fix it.not by giving us another prize we didn't win.i am so angry as well.i love playing bubble witch and have played all 3 games.very disappointed in the way they handled this.

Oh fyi yea I know i'm a dumb a$$ for spending that much but my granddaughter wanted to build the character you won't get another penny! Your support isn't support and you guys couldn't even acknowledge my post. The players acknowledged me. Yeah I'm pissed.

I'm sorry but I DONT UNDERSTAND how you as developers can offer something as a PRIZE YOU CAN'T DELIVER! People invested MONEY & TIME I personally have $151.00 + change into a contest that can't deliver to get only 6 balls! That's not the only issue either! You're PURCHASE ERROR glitch caused MY GOLD THAT I BOUGHT AND USED TO BE WASTED BY KICKING ME OUT OF MY UNFINISHED LEVEL GOING FOR 3 STARS ON THE 1ST TRY BY KICKING ME OUT WITH YOUR PURCHADE ERROR MESSAGEST MAKING ME START ALL ON THE LEVEL AGAIN WHEN I TRIED TO PURCHASE MORE ITEMS FOR A 2ND OR 3RD TIME DURING THE LEVEL! YES IM PISSED! I HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO BE. I THINK YOU ARE SCAMMERS AND YOU OFFERED SOMETHING AS A PRIZE YOU KNEW YOU COULDN'T DELIVER! DO YOU REALLY THINK SORRY IS GOING TO MAKE THINGS ALL BETTER TO PLAYERS WHO INVESTED IN YOUR GAME? NOT HAPPENING AND NOT A WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS.

Exactly it's a scam. The lost a customer the last link they gave that didn't work I was never even included in the link sent or given anything extra like the ones given the links that if course didn't work. Spent $151.00 in May on their game for a product and never even got acknowledged. My post were ghost the admin never saw I guess. Only players acknowledged me and I thank you for that

Hi everyone, welcome to the Community

The design character feature is only available on mobile and not on desktop. So if you haven't seen anything on your PC, that's why. Go to your mobile instead and that will pop up and work

If you're on mobile but still cannot see it, please let me know your Game ID so we can check that for you. Here is how to find your Game ID in case you need help

Let me know if that works now and don't forget to have a bubblicious time

Hey guys, me again!

It seems we are having small technical difficulties with the event and we're really sorry about it. To help us check that, could you please let me know by commenting below:

- This event is only available on mobile

- When the event ended did you get a pop up showing your rank?
If not, then I'm afraid it means that you did not win for this time.

- If you did get a pop up: Did you go back into the game in the following 24h after getting that pop up?

- Make sure you have a good internet connection. Clear cache and cookies from your device and make sure you have the latest game version installed.

If you can confirm all these steps but are still unable to access the character maker, please let me know your Game Id.

In the meantime, don't forget you can win some extra Gold and boosters just here!

I didn't even get anything a notification popped up on the top of my phone saying something about submitting a character I clicked it and the message disappeared
