When is 1693 going to get fix as it can not be passed?

    Pls help us fix this level 1693. The level is too hard and have try complaining over weeks but there's no changes. Pls help us find solution to it asap

    Why has the other comments been removed for this issue???
    My friend has left 2/3 comments about this level, and now they have disappeared?
    New levels for BW3 are coming out tomorrow, and players can’t get passed level 1693 unless they spend money on boosters to pass it.

    Hello @Sue_B - The comments haven't been deleted (we never delete anything) but merged since there were several conversations about the same levels. So now, everything is at the same place.

    Your feedback on that level have been passed to the Studio. Thank you!

    Great news! The Studio has heard you and made some changes to the level should now be easier to pass. Please make sure you have the latest game version updated.

    @Sue_B - I'm not sure what comment from Michael you're referring to. Isn't that the one at the top, the very first one?

    It was not there when I checked the first time when Michael had said it disappeared Only 2 posts from Mickygold is all I could see. 
    Like you said, comments about level 1963 were merged so maybe that’s why. 

    I just want to say a big thank you to you @QueenMia for your help in getting level 1963 fixed. We do appreciate your help. 
    It’s just sometimes frustration takes over. 
    But you always come good. 🥰
