Impossible to get 27 owls with only 12 goes.  Most i’ve gathered is 13.

Hi @Elk74 Thank you for your feedback, I will make sure @QueenMia see's it and she can pass it back to the studio. 
All levels should be able to be done without boosters though, sometimes it can take a while
