the game did not calculate my position over level 240. what is going on?

Hi @alessandra_vilhamo - welcome to our friendly community. I would like to recommend you log out of the game completely and then clear your cache and cookies. Then power off your device for at least 30 seconds and then power back on and log back in to see if that resyncs your game.0
