My daily play streak resets itself to day 1?!

Hi, I hope someone can help. My BubbleWitch3 daily play streak resets itself to day 1 every time I get to 13. I don’t understand why. Is anyone else having this problem? It’s infuriating as heck.

Mine just reset at 10 and I play everyday multiple times

I have been playing Bubble Witch Saga 3 since March 2020.  Multiple times a day.  The Daily Play Streak defaults back to #1 frequently. Why is this happening?

Hi @NannyLinda This is a blip that appears from time to time and rights its self. Dont worry it doesn't effect anything to do with your game or you daily rewards as they are not day specific rewards.

Yes, the highest it has gotten for me is around 105 then reset itself to Day 1. Even tho I play the game every day

Yes unfortunately it is temperamental and this can happen I have it happen to me also but don't worry it doesn't affect the rewards you receive they are the same no matter how many days it registers 💓
