Can Connected bubbles still light up?

In all of the levels I’ve been able to touch one bubble and see all of the connecting bubbles that will burst. Just recently this is no longer active. I tried clicking on multiple things to turn it back on but I can’t. Is there a way to get it back or will it stop because of a higher level?

I'll be happy to help you, but I'm not sure if I understand the issue. When I touch a bubble, I don't see any bubbles lighting up...could you please tell me more about it or even send us a screenshot? Here you can find how to take such a screenshot.
