Help! Boosters have gone!

Yesterday I had to reinstall the game app as it froze.  I’m on the right level, but all my boosters have gone!  What do I do?!

Hi, your boosters are stored on your phone and not the game server thus if you reinstall you loose everything...

Hi @KJP650 and welcome to our bubbly community. 
As @kaiser1618 correctly told you, they are saved within the game memory so if the game is reinstalled, they do go. King cannot replace saved boosters, but if they were ones bought with real money they can replace those.

You mean I lost years of stored bubblewitch stuff after all the work I did. If so I'll go find a new game

Unfortunately yes, but King don't recommend that you store a lot for this reason. As often sometimes the device itself can cause issues and reinstall it.
