My boosters keep disappearing and now my gold bars are using themselves.

Every time I log back in on my mobile device, the only place I play the game, I have missing boosters. This has happened for a week. Today, my gold bars started using themselves! I felt the level and it didn’t give me the option to continue for nine gold bars, it just automatically continued. This happened twice!

Same things happen to me is there a way to fix this or have king reimburse us?
