synchronised failure at 2 devices

I have 2 devices which using same email address. At device A, my level is at 2158, but device B recorded my level as 1244. How to make it synchronised?
I had tried to uninstalled the game at device B, or even logout and religion again, it doesn’t help at all.
for device A, I am afraid to logout as I think my achievements will gone. Please help me, my user ID: Edited by CM: personal information
