I lohg in each day and today, just now, I went to collect my Flynn chest prize, moved all the way up then all the way down to the start! What happened? Please can I get back to my level!!!!!!! Help!! It's the fourth time happened in a few months.....

Was bubble witch 3.
It happened various times where I log in each day...move up....then it goes up to next level as usual, then suddenly dropps down to the beginning! It only happens with bubble witch..,.but I've written king support and the in game support,cans been over a year almost two now not gotten EVEN ONE RESPONSE.....this is really unfair ....I play a couple peak Games, they answer in minutes......but 90 percent my Games are king and they never answer regardless.....π°.

Thanks for reaching to us about this issue. I have contacted the Studio about it and they will have a look into it.
