Hello,
I’m hoping that someone can help me with issues that I have regarding the game freezes (needs to be closed and restarted) or pauses until it times-out (an “Oops... There was a problem” pop-up alerts me that there’s definitely an issue, but I’m not charged), which has happened over 10 times in the last hour! It’s constant.
The pauses are happening so much that it’s too frustrating to keep playing. I spend quite a $um on this game, but if the pausing And freezings aren’t resolved soon, I will be forced not to play.
For clarity’s sake, I feel that tech support should know that it’s happening every time I want to buy spells with my gold bars, buying gold bars, exiting the Cauldron Rankings screen, exiting the match results, and now it’s doing it while I try to login.
Furthermore, I have already checked my phone’s storage space, and I have plenty of room (over 28Gb free), I have logged out and back in, rebooted my phone, logged out then rebooted and logged back in again, cleared my cache, etc., etc..
I have truly tried everything that I know, and everything that is suggested throughout these forums. My thoughts are that it has to do with the game itself, the load on the servers, etc.
Is there an estimated time of resolution? Or should I quit playing this game for a month or so?
U may need to uninstall and install again ... but ur boosters will be lost as it is stored on device memory only ...
i can understand ur frustration on it, perhaps u want to try another king game ?
