Windows 10 tricksies

windows 10 is stuck on claiming the tricksies prize. This is an old tricksies(late Feb. early March) which I claimed my prize on my tablet. yet windows 10 is still stuck telling me to claim the prize. I was hoping the problem would be solved with the freezing problem

Restart ur device, update to latest version n check that u have more than 2GB of memory left

@rrapunzell1 hi its still best to give @stan1981 advice another go but we have found that after you make sure your game is saved Is to do a uninstall and reinstall then log out and restart your device is the only way to fix this although we don't recommend it lightly as you will loose all your boosters. But this is the fix for this challenge. Let me know your thoughts. 🤔🌟

my thoughts--I'll live with it rather than lose the boosters

@rrapunzell1 hi that's fine its you're decision to make some have followed it but for the same reason as you some haven't. I would rather put up with a bug than loose my boosters too 🙂🌟
