I can't even exit out of team quests because of the ridiculous messaging request! How can I pick a square to help out?

Wow! That's ridiculous. I want to help out but I have to send a message in order to do that? And I can't even type what I want....SMH!

I have one person that keeps sending me messages saying that she just finished another row I haven’t see her do anything when I finish one she send me a message how can she send what she wants but I can’t I got 3 to choose from next time she sends me anything I ei screenshot it and send it to you
