why don't i get morey when i reach a new level in medals?

after getting from silver to gold metal it shows me that i will get more money but next day shows and i got only 50

@aggel hi your line has to be full before it will release your fairy dust in this medal it is 5000 it will add to your score each time you release what is specific to the medal in this case it's how many fairys you have realised and its same process for each medal. ๐๐

yes i know, as you see at that level of this medal normally if i remember when you complete it you get 2500 but in mine shows 50, and i will get 50 because the same happened to other medals that i completed that i was supposed to get more than 50 because there are not in first lenel anymore

i did that, complete a silver level medal and took again only 50

right now i completed the second level medal stereo bold, gave 50, (first pic), and after upgrades show that in 3rd level i will get 250 (second pic) but tomorrow or when i will log again it will be back to 50. trust me i have lost a lot of money so far. but how do i fix it?

@aggel hi I can see the first stereo bolt medal was to use 10 to receive 50 stardust points Now your medal says 20 for to receive 250 stardust points the amount of star dust you receive depends on the medal level which the more you need to complete any medal goes up each time and the stardust points you receive goes up each time too. ๐๐

@aggel hi I thought I would send you a screenshot of my stereo bolt medal as you will see just how many I need to collect the stardust award. It takes longer to achieve your stardust as you move up in your medals. Hope this helps clarifies it for you ๐๐
