Connection fail to facebook is looping

Hi.

I've been playing BW3S before with my Facebook login. I downloaded the game again after a paus for a few years. But when I try to connect to my old progress via Facebook I just get stuck in an endless login loop?

I click "Connect" - Facebook - This prompts a iOS box that "wants to use facebook.com to sign in" so I press "Continue" - I land in the mobile version of Facebook (not the actual app on the phone), a box says "Open this page in "Facebook"?" and I click "open" - now I'm in the iOS app and a message that says "You previously logged in to Bubble Witch 3 Saga with Facebook. Would you like to continue?" and I click the big blue button that says "Continue" - This only takes me back to the mobile page for Facebook with a button that says "Log in with the Facebook app". And this is where it stops! If I click it, my phone prompts the Open in facebook?-popup. But that only takes me back to the same page eventually.

I don't know how to proceed from here! I've checked my Facebook and it says "Active" for the game to access it. My user ID is: 10154481485042076

    What happens if You Press Continue in the Last Screenshot ?

    First Of All,

    ¶ Uninstall The Facebook App.

    ¶ Reinstall and Login. If Login Works Correctly, Problem Gets Solved.

    ¶ Open the Game. Profile>Log In With Facebook Account.

    ✓Note that Enter Correct Information on While Logging into Facebook Account on both places and see that they match each other.

    I have now: logged out of Facebook. Deleted both the Facebook and the BW3 app. Turned off my phone (an iPhone 11 by the way). Waited 15 seconds. Turned it on, logged back in to Facebook. Tried to connect the game via my FB account. And it still does the exact same loop. : (

    You shouldn't have deleted Bubble Witch 3 Saga. Your Boosters will be lost now.

    Do You Enter Correct Information of Facebook Account on Bubble Witch 3 Saga and Facebook and did You Checked both information are the same and matches ?!

    Just Confirming for last time.

    I didn't have any progress since I just downloaded it for the first time on my new phone. That's why I'm trying to connect my facebook account since I've played it before and already have progress saved there.

    Yes, my information is the same and matches.

    I've had this exact same problem! I logged in with Facebook on my tablet and wanted to also play on my iPhone. But everytime I try to log into Facebook on my phone, I'm also stuck in a loop. I tried logging out of my tablet and back onto my phone, but I still couldn't connect on my phone. I was then able to reconnect on my tablet again with no problem. So I'm not really sure what's going on with my phone/IOS app, and if that's what's causing the problem or not. I even created this King account in the hope's of syncing my Facebook game with my King account, but I have not even been able to find the "save progress" button on this site. The help center info seems like it might be outdated because it's not matching what I'm seeing on this site. Im not finding any settings option that's letting me even sync between the two. I'm so lost at this point. I've been trying to figure this out for several days now.

    Delete the facebook app and then try.

    Can you both try the following on your Apple devices:

    - Disconnect the game from Facebook/King account (if connected).

    - Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.

    - Clear cache from your Safari: http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari (Super Important).

    - Restart the device and try connecting the game back to Facebook so your progress can sync.
