@elzky hi sorry as I can see my name was not selected from the drop down as it is not in bold so I didn't get a notification I can continue to help trouble shooting this issue with you there are different things to try out. You can try uninstall and reinstall then log out of the reinstalled game and turn your device off and on. Or you can uninstall the game and open a new one with a new email and password. 👍🙂
