Arcane League, game freezing when collecting rewards! (Studio is working on a fix 🛠)!

So awhile ago I finished the arcane League and clicked continue to get the rewards and go to the next league, but when I did, the game froze. I exited the app and tried a few more times but it continues to freeze.

Does anyone know what to do?

    Hi @mrude14 and welcome to the bubbly community.

    Unfortunately I have heard of others having the same today and I know I had issues myself earlier. I will ask the cm when she is back Monday, but in the meantime, which device is it you play on?

    I found the same on android and ipad as well annoyingly. Hopefully she will be able to find out something for us. I think Mondays are busy days though so it might be not until Tuesday in which case, I am not sure when the event ends. I will be glad to see the back of it anyway lol.

    You will be happy to know that the studio had picked up on this issue and they are currently working their magic trying to get this poison removed 😝
