Hi there 👋, first please disabled or deactivate all in-app purchase in your game including your personal acc signed in through your phone and other active devices to prevent further unauthorised purchased.
Then refer to the article below on your issue.
If you can find any articles that is helpful, please contact Google Play/Apple store or similar service provider to inform them about this.
Also, please make sure that you have not shared any personal details to anyone recently. If yes, you may need to lodge police report on fraud.
