How do I fix this issue so it shows my gold bars it's no way minus 6675 should be showing?

Hi @Linda_Batey can you first answer a couple of questions. Was your game saved to Facebook or your king account. Have you got the latest version it should be 6.11 5

Yes I was connected to Facebook and logged into the game. I also have the new version of the game.

@Linda_Batey thanks for the information. If your game was saved your progress will be to but not any boosters as they are saved directly to the device. To restore you're progress as long as it was saved you will need to log out of the game from Facebook and king then turn your device off for at least 30 seconds. Log back in and play one level then repeat those steps. Please come back to me once you have done this. One other question do you use flash. 🤔

My game progress is correct but the piggy bank has the minus 6675 gold bars and I can't play the game if I'm not connected to WI-FI. I'm not sure what Flash is. Could please explain what it is?

@Linda_Batey Flash player is what has been being used but it is no longer giving updates and will soon be discontinued. So we advice players to use windows 10 or a mobile device in order to continue playing. 👍🙂

@KimElston @Linda_Batey is playing on a phone not a computer so flash isn't needed 😊

As the issue wasn't fixed I would make sure that your phone operating system has the latest update.

Uninstall the game again. Reboot your phone. Reinstall it. Log back into Facebook. Does that sort it? Sometimes when we install games they don't always download properly if there was a glitch somewhere.

If no change, check for updates.

As to the wifi, does it work for all other websites/games?

If none, come back and let us know the make and model of your device and the operating system (android or iOS) please 😊

As Kim said though, boosters and lives are saved on the original device. If you still have that, you can still use them on that device, but you would only get level progress and new lives from the new one until you start saving them again.
