Candy Crush profile not loading

My profile is not loading and when I do open the app it keeps starting me at level 11 and I’m on 3,628. It has been like this for months, is there a fix in sight?

@coop73 Heya! Welcome to the king community! Unfortunately you have posted this in the wrong game support section. But don’t worry I suggest you post your screenshot in the ‘Candy Crush’ game support section. Tap’ Games’ then ‘Candy Crush’ then ‘Support’ once you have done that you will get the support to fix your problem. Happy crushing!🍭
