Fail to connect to the internet

Hi

I have been trying to play for 2 days but the game is not connecting to the internet. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but it didn't help.

@Sara7170 Heya! Welcome to the king community! Try doing this 👇🏼

- Disconnect the game from Facebook/King account (if connected).

- Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.

- Clear cache from your Safari:http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari (Super Important).

- Restart the device and try connecting the game back to Facebook/King account and see if that helps.

If it doesn’t work uninstall the app wait a couple of days then reinstall it.
