@Lesley-6 could you please confirm me your Game ID ( you can do it here in public, no one apart from me and the Studio have access to that information) and the device you use ? I'm reporting this to the Studio but I need that info ๐ค

Hi @Lesley-6 Can you please follow @LadyRaffies request and reply on the discussion page. Our CMs get over loaded with PMs for various tasks. If players start that process it will hold them back. If a CM feels a private message is needed they will request it or contact you that way. ๐๐๐

Ordinarily I would but the ID number I would have thought was not for public knowledge, as it happens I have had a reply from the CM

@Lesley-6 There is no need to worry regarding this. Nobody but the CMs can use your ID to access any of your Information. ๐
