I believe what the answer is is that is that weird thing in Candy Crush Soda Saga. When the lollypop piece will disappear soon, in the next game I play, the piece is completely gone. I believe it is the same thing in Bubble Witch 3 Saga: When I am not playing, the magic hat secretly loses energy. What really seems confusing is that how can it do this in just 20 minutes?

I believe we should be able to win multiple gold hats without having to use the one you have first as the same way you can with stereo bolt magic beam etc .As it is wining the hat is hard enough and sometimes have to win the 1st 2 hats a second or third time before getting a chance for the last one.
