What’s going on with Wilbur?

In the game area Wilbur is helping the players with their levels but something is off. He seems to be throwing more bubbles into the game before the player has a chance to clear the existing bubbles.  Wonder what it could be……………….. 

Wilbur has no clue why he’s acting so strange. It all started yesterday when he woke up. Out of the clear blue sky, he woke up and as he was getting ready for the day he felt a tingling in his front paws. Then he appeared to have some kind of seizure. That lasted less than a minute but then he seemed to go into a trance. All that he knows is that he suddenly has this urge to cause havoc on some of the levels that the players are trying to clear. 

While he is busy throwing all those extra bubbles on to the game board, another player is reporting an issue. She is in the process of asking her question. She can’t seem to clear a level where she has to lead the ghost upwards. Two level issues on the same day?

As soon as the player posts the new message, it catches Kim’s eye. She reads the message and this time it’s a different level and different glitch.  The player writes that she's playing a lead the ghost upwards but the ghost is not moving. More bubbles are appearing that is causing more of a block.

This is very odd! Two glitches in the same day. She has to contact the CMs to make them aware of these glitches. They promise to report those levels to the studio and will get back to her once they have an answer. 

Kim heads over to the Player’s Corner to post a new poll for the players. She shares this information with Elsa and asks for some images. Now she’s ready to post the poll but before she has a chance to post it, she sees a new notification from the CMs so she checks it out. The studio has tweaked the coding for both levels so they should work now.  

Kim posts the poll and then goes to the support area to notify both players that the studio tweaked the levels and they should work now.
