Starlight contest and level problem
Hi i played the starlight contest and was 1st place, contest is ended and no prize at all,refreshed game couple of times and still nothing.Also have problem with level 2970, wrote to support and no help at all, told me to search for answers here, the problem is when i reach the 4 row of cauldrons no reaction what so ever they dont leak and help, tried lot of times and same result...explained support that is a buf or error on their side so to check and they ignored me.

Hi @panthemon Sorry to hear that there has been no reports regarding this issue up to now only yourself so lets see if you have a bug first. Log out of your game and turn your device off for at least 2 minutes if it doesn't work first time then please repeat this can often reset any bugs you may have.

Hi guys The only thing we can try next is to clear cash and perform the uninstall process the warning is you will loose your boosters as they are saved to your device and not your game.
Let me have your thoughts on this ππ

I did that and lost my stuff, lost my 5 extra balls that I get. It still didn't work!

Hi in that case if even a reinstall doesn't work you can only wait for the next time the event appears. π

And I lost all my extra balls and boosters!!!!!

I used all the boosters i had and managed somehow to finish the level.Support was not helpful at all, so you all on your own. Talking wont help for a game bug that support wont recognize.

Hi all πββοΈ Thanks for your feedback this will help players to know that trouble shooting will not resolve this particular issue π
As this is an additional challenge and not your game play we can only give you advice that hopefully will help and it does more times than it doesn't. We cant fix any bugs at the time as the challenge is timed and would end before we did. What we can do is pass your issue on to the studio for them to test it before it arrives again.
