Level 2958 glitch?

Hi,

Is anyone else having problems on this level? It only started today, but every time it asks if i want to watch an ad, either before the level starts, or for the extra 3 free bubbles at the end, if i click on it it doesn't show the ad it actually closes the game completely.

It's updated to the newest version, cleared cache and cookies, turned the device off and on multiple times, but the issue still persists.

Anyone? 😊

    🔺To get the latest version of the Game, go to the Microsoft Store HERE.

    • If you don’t want to login to Facebook every time you want to play BW3 or if the Game doesn’t load or keeps crashing for you on Facebook, you can also download it directly to your computer if you have Windows 10. Many of the challenges, bonuses & extra features are not available on Facebook, but you'll have them when playing on mobile or via the Windows App.
    • By connecting the Windows App to your Facebook , your progress will be synced.


     🔮 Once you've updated your Game, you should:

    • See a brand new start up image.
    • Now only be offered 1 colour choice when the Orb is full. If you can use that colour you will be then be given back 2 colour choices. If you can't, then you have to use the Orb.

    About the game crashing when you want to watch and Ad, are you able to make a video recording so we can pass it to the Studio?

    Also, which device do you play on, Android or Apple and which game app version do you have installed?

    These details will be very helpful as we haven't been able to reproduce this issue yet.

    It was a different comment, and it's still doing it, not allowing my posts until approved :(

    Version 6.14.10 on Android. I couldn't do a recording through your guide, none of it works for me. I can do it from another device, actually record the screen as it's happening, but i suspect that's not going to be much use :/

    I've got the latest version of the game, i've checked and there isn't an update waiting.

    The Studio was looking into it and they believe they found the issue so I'll be happy to report back to them saying it's working now, thanks for letting us know 🤗
