Hi for the past month im having a problem with the game not loading bubble witch 3 that is. its reay

Hi for about a month now bubble witch 3 very rarely loads on fb or takes forever to do so its very frustrating plus i never get any bombs ect like i do on candy crush whats wrong with it can you fix it ??/

Hi @Bersheen, so sorry you are having problems with it loading. I see you are using a laptop for the game. If you will give us a bit more information maybe we can pinpoint your problem. I see you are using FB to play the game. Can you try downloading the Bubble Witch Saga 3 app thru Microsoft store and then log on from there. To get the latest version of the Game, go to the Microsoft Store HERE. You can download it directly to your computer if you have Windows 10. You can actually log into your game using your King sign in once you down load the game.

Im actually playing on a hp laptop so pressed computer but nothing happened ???

Hi done that and it suggested maybe an issue with my lap top my son has done a full diagnostic on it and all fine all other games working fine just bubble witch 3 not loading still what else can i do thanks
