I cant update to get new levels? Can someone assist?

Hi @Renee_James, so sorry you are having a problem. If you are playing on a PC, you need to have Windows 10 installed and you need to download the app from the Microsoft store. If all of this is already done, please go in to the app and make sure there are no updates. One other thing you can try is to log out of your game, then log back in....DO NOT UNINSTALL YOUR GAME, you will loose all of your boosters that you have won.
If you are playing on a phone, just make sure that the app is also updated. Again on the phone you need to go out of the game, then back in. Sometimes it is just a glitch. You cannot use FB on either the pc or phone. You will not get updates any longer thru FB. Hope this gets you back into playing 😉👻
