I got a new phone and connected but all my prizes on the bottom are gone! How do I get them back?

@mjn123 Hi and welcome, In the case of mobile devices your boosters are stored on the device itself, so if your game or device crashes, you uninstall or even change phones your boosters are lost or not transferable. only your level and any gold bars will transfer

Hi @mjn123 To add to the correct advice @Freddy_Falkner has given you if any of your boosters had been purchased you can contact customer support from below as they can check your account and if they see lost purchases they will reimburse you. Any that you won are free and they cannot be replenished 👍🙂

Thanks, but that sucks. I will contact support as I buy the 2.99 when I get 4 tickets.
