Conjure Games Score not Updating

Once the internet connection issue was fixed. I had 156 points in Conjure Games. After passing some levels I noticed I was on the same score while the other players have increased their score.

    Hi @Woody, mine did the same thing last 2 days. Last night I just shut off my phone and when I got up this morning and played a game it did add it to my points. So maybe it is just a fluke

    Hi @johamilton unfortunately that's not my case as it started yesterday. So I have already restated my phone and no change today.

    Hi @Woody O dear we got you all sorted and happy and now something else has gone wrong. Sorry you are experiencing this have you tried the usual tips as before like the checking updates logging out and turning your shutting down your device. I am sure you have as you know all about those tips but thought I would double check 👍

    If you have and its not helped play a level and repeat the tips a couple of times Give this a go and come back to me 👍🙂

    Hi @PrettyBubbles Yes I've tried everything twice and no change. The only unusual aspect is there is a ! By the game which only usually appears for new games. See screenshot.

    Hi @Woody have you tried playing a level as that usually kick starts the game

    The ! Is usually there when you haven't yet selected it in order to join the challenge try as I said playing levels and keep selecting the icon to request you join. Lets see how that goes 👍🙂

    Hi @PrettyBubbles I've passed lots of levels one just this morning, after doing the usual tips again, but still no change.

    Hi @Woody Then unfortunately for some reason this time the challenge has froze on you as at least one of the steps would of worked. The only way now would be to uninstall again as you know you do loose your boosters otherwise you can just hope it resets at some point during the time allocated or ignore it this time round and wait for the event to restart 👍
