Would be nice if there was a better response to trouble in the game

I have at different times gone through alot of time and money to reach th he levels and keep bubbling on. But I have also lost events because levels weren't done and this is after I paid for the event.

Hi @Cadams Sorry to hear your frustration but unfortunately when you are up to playing chapter to chapter this will happen it happens a lot with me too and I expect many others. If you have caught up on your chapters then you dont have the levels to keep your scores going in any event. Its something we can do nothing about. It takes time for new chapters to be produced and then loaded 👍🙂
