Bubble Witch 3 Won't load

My game isn't working and hasn't been since mid-December. I have cleared the cache like I saw another post suggest. Also force stopped everything and restarted several times now.

Is there a fix for this? Maybe I missed a post or discussion. I love playing the game and don't want to restart it.

I'm am running version 7.1.17 according to the app info under installed applications, but on app store for app update it says I am running version 7.2.36.
