hey there on the royal pass its still not sorted yet, i can not claim the gifts on it all, can you please sort this or tell me how i can fix this thanks

Hi @Debbie_Nisbet the studio is still working on it. There is nothing you can do on your side, the studio has to fix it on their side. So sorry for the inconvenience, but it will get sorted out. Please have patience 👻

I have only just seen your post 🤔
I think by now you will be back up and running with the royal path as a fix was rolled out yesterday 1st March
