Hi @Missi61 A very warm welcome to our friendly community
It is frustrating when that happens.
Level 368 clear 16 owls getting rid of the dublies first your main task in this level as if you dont you wont see the top of your board soon enough to clear the remaining owls. Once you get to see the top you can then ignore the dublies and only shoot to clear any remaining owls.
