Connecting to new device

I am trying to set up my grandads new device and transfer his progress but it won’t connect to Facebook. I found the discussion on here about using the old device to press connect but can’t find a connect button to press. It just says like with the thumbs up emoji? Any help appreciated as he doesn’t want to lose his progress!

    Hi @rebeccarb_x, Before moving to your new device, you need to make sure you go through a few simple steps first:

    • Enter your game on your old device.
    • Back up your progress and connect to Facebook or to the Kingdom.
    • Install the game on your new device.
    • Open the game and connect it back to Facebook or the Kingdom.

    All your game progress and Gold Bars should be transferred to your brand new device!

    Please be aware that, Boosters, extra lives, and extra moves are not saved on the servers, they are saved on your device in which you received them. This means that, unlike Gold Bars and your level progress, they won't transfer across to your new device. 👻

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
