Conjure game problem

I have been stuck with the conjure task on BW3, my stars aren’t updating and haven’t been for about a week. Therefore, I’m not able to benefit from the conjure games task. I have signed out and back in as well as deleting the app and reinstalling. Any other suggestions?

I’m having the same issue form nearly 4 months and it puts me down because the Conjure Games were a nice way to get free stuff. I tried all you did with no results :-/
