Yes the tree is playing us up since it had a revamp 2 weeks ago our studio are looking into this.
In the meantime each time you claim you then have to close your game and restart it in order for the tree to return ๐โญ

The tree doesnโt show for me at all

Hi @jeannie82 Please close your game and re start it as this brings the tree back into play
If it doesn't then it will mean that unfortunately you no longer have the event.
Give it a try as this process is working as long as you still have the event ๐โญ
