My game has not been working all week either. It gets to the PLAY screen and won't load after that. I I have tried clearing my cache, and a different browser, but it will not go past the Play screen.

Wondering why we don't get credit for our remaining bubbles after winning the games.

Yes I think you are referring to the bubble counter event where left over bubbles get added to the counter then when it reaches a target number you receive boosters.

As with any events not all players see them and they can also come and go at any time.
