i never got my reward for "waking up the tree ", not even my 1st pick, kept saying " no connection " now lost prize, stuck with challenge not wanted......developer's won't answer....please PLEASE help......

Sorry to hear that but yes the tree had a revamp and has unfortunately caused some connection issues I am experiencing it myself but all that can be done at the moment is to log out and turn your device off and on to reset it 👍⭐

Thank you . I did, and lost my choice, but also lost reward.....I wish developers answered me, been Over 3 years they blocked me.....😢......not know why.....feeling let down....ben let down by everyone past 11 months....just give up......sorry, its just hard. Thank you for letting me know it didn't just happen to me it's no big deal, just having hard time and wish could support myself and csnt get cards, etc, ...I'm severely ill and waiting on 7.years disability......not seen a penny , and man who got cards is abusive now so I'm staying away, so i know loosing a booster sound's stupid but I need to keep all have..and lots games changed and so hard, I am just needing boosters or coins/ bars because I'm do scared if I fntbpassca level my team kick me off.....I barely dare to get it d'un.......I'm sorry I shouldn't be writing thus, but again, thank you so very much for letting me know it was just an update, just wish I could at least get my prize, as was not my fault.....oh well...I guess it's ok.
