Yesterday evening they go to the next level, I didn't have enough moves and I had to buy extra moves with gold bars. Unfortunately, the game crashed during the transaction and I had to restart the device I'm playing on. After this event, I managed to pass this level without buying additional moves (I used boosters), but after a few minutes I received the information that the transaction was successful and I reduced my account balance by 9 gold bars. In fact, I was unable to make use of these moves because I was already playing at a different level at the time of this information. Is it possible to restore missing gold bars?
Hi @Walezy sorry to hear that happened to you but please don't worry if you make any purchases and don't receive them then select the contact us tab at the bottom of the page as they can check your purchase history and refund any errors back to you πβ
